Proposals and scope

Prices shown on the Site are starting points. Every engagement is governed by a written scope and fixed price agreed before work begins. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only started with your approval.

Intellectual property

All Site content is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, modified or redistributed without permission. Work delivered under a signed engagement belongs to the client on final payment, as set out in the engagement agreement.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sites and tools (for example Cal.com and YouTube). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties regarding the Site.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JetBuild Studio LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which JetBuild Studio LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
