Platform Migrations

Your app is built on rented land.

The platform that got you started now controls your data, your costs and your roadmap, and it is not designed to let you leave. We move live apps to infrastructure you actually own. Zero downtime. Zero data loss. Every user keeps their password.

Fixed price after a free audit of what you have. Your app stays live the entire time.

Why founders migrate

Six signs your platform owns you, not the other way around

If more than one of these stings, the migration conversation is overdue.

You don't hold your own keys

On managed clouds like Lovable's, your database credentials are hidden from you on purpose. You can see your app, you can't take it. If you can't export your data and infrastructure today, you don't own your product. You rent it.

The platform's pricing is not your pricing

AI builders are burning investor money to win you. When that stops, prices change overnight, and every workflow, row and user you added since launch makes leaving more expensive. Lock-in is the business model.

You've hit the ceiling and you can feel it

The feature your customers keep asking for isn't hard, the platform just can't do it. Every month you wait, competitors on real infrastructure ship it. The ceiling doesn't move. You do.

You can't hire normal developers

Try finding a senior engineer for a proprietary AI builder's runtime. Your talent pool is a Discord server. On Next.js, Supabase and React, it's the entire industry.

Investors and acquirers will ask

Due diligence has one early question: do you own your stack? 'It lives on a closed platform we can't export from' has ended deals. Real infrastructure is an asset; rented infrastructure is a liability with your logo on it.

Platforms disappear. Your app shouldn't.

Tools get acquired, pivoted and sunset constantly. If your platform announced a 90-day shutdown tomorrow, what's your plan? If the honest answer is 'panic', that is the reason to migrate on your schedule, not theirs.

Case study, live migration

The migration the platform said couldn't happen

A school operations platform ran its entire business on Lovable's managed cloud, and Lovable's cloud does not hand over your database credentials. That's the point of it. Everyone told them the only way out was to rebuild from zero and ask 5,000 students to create new accounts.

Instead, we extracted the complete system, 800 tables, 1,200 security policies, 8,000 files, all 5,000 student accounts, and rebuilt it on the client's own Supabase, verified row by row. We cut over on a quiet evening. Nobody noticed. Nobody reset a password. No data went missing. School ran normally the next morning.

That's the difference between a standard migration and one where the platform fights you: the hard part isn't moving data, it's getting it out at all.

800database tables moved
1,200security policies recreated
8,000files transferred & verified
5,000students, every login and their data kept
0minutes of downtime

Where we take you

Every migration we run

Our specialty

Lovable Cloud your own Supabase

The one everyone says is impossible. Lovable's managed cloud hides your credentials, we extract the full schema, policies, storage and users anyway, onto a Supabase account only you control.

Bubble custom code

When you've outgrown Bubble: we rebuild on Next.js + Supabase, migrate your data, and keep your app live the whole time.

AI builders production

Base44, Replit, v0, Bolt, great for the prototype, shaky under real users. We take the 80% the AI built and make it a product.

WordPress React / Next.js

Out of the plugin swamp: same content and SEO, modern stack, pages that load instantly.

Legacy code a stack you can hire for

That codebase the last developer left behind, audited, untangled, and moved to something maintainable.

Anywhere infrastructure you own

If your data and users are trapped somewhere, that's the migration we do. Tell us where you're stuck.

How it works

Zero downtime isn't luck. It's a process.

  1. 1

    Audit & map

We inventory everything, schema, policies, files, users, integrations, and give you a fixed price and timeline. You'll know exactly what moves and when.

  2. 2

    Build the new home

Your new infrastructure goes up in parallel. Your live app keeps running; your users notice nothing.

  3. 3

    Migrate & verify

Data, files and users move with checksums and row counts verified on both sides. Sessions and passwords survive, nobody gets a reset-password email.

  4. 4

    Cut over, zero downtime

We switch traffic when everything is proven, watch it live, and stay on for support. You get the keys, all of them.

App stays live throughout Data verified on both sides You get every credential
